Water Triple with a Cheaty Mark

In this setup we have a mark that offers the dog the easy way out with a cheat.  Additionally, mark 3 requires a swim past mark 2.

Best practice in a setup like this is to run mark 2 as a cheating single.  That way if the dog cheats, you can deem it Lack of Effort (LOE) and can respond accordingly.  If you don't run mark 2 as a single first and the dog cheats - was it memory failure or LOE???  Good training is black and white.
